The photo is NOT copyrighted, so NO, this isn't against the rules. That's like saying, "You can't take a picture of someone on the street, it's illegal!!!" Uh, no.. It's not. Stop being butthurt over things that are NOT against TaC.

And NO YOU ARE NOT contacting the record label. Once they hear your little piggie squealing, they'll hang up wondering what the hell is up their ass.

It is actually illegal to take a photo of someone on the street without their permission.get your facts straight kiddy.
It is a copyrighted image the photographer who took it owns it not this little art theif who doesn't have permission

Well did you get permission to take a picture of the waterfall in your gallery? Even if it's public, in all technicalities, you'd have to have permission for that too if everyone was as butthurt as you are.
